Arlindo leaves the studio to face one of the ghosts of his past: covering the 13th Edition of the Garoupa Festival again. Isolated in an improvised tent in the back of the Igreja da Ribeirinha, armed only with his recorder and a half-dozen cans of tuna, he will have to resist the loneliness, the hungry cats of the neighborhood, and the endless rehearsals of the Banda Santíssimo Salvador do Mundo to guarantee the best possible radio broadcast.
